We provide Property Development Funding for both experienced Professional Developers and those undertaking their first project. Unlike the major high street lenders we do not require audited business accounts or a trading history as lending decisions are made against the valuation of the project both prior to and on completion at full open market values.
In general we can provide finance up to 85% of the site acquisition and up to 100% of the development costs drawn down at pre-agreed project stages. As a general principle, the level of funding available will increase the greater the profitability of the project. For shorter term projects and for experienced developers we can also arrange finance up to 100% of the entire project value including site purchase. Open Market Value (OMV) and all development and construction costs are assessed professionally and agreed pre-project to provide accurate margins.
Auction Finance
If you are heading off to the Auction, we can provide help with the finance. If you have a particular property in mind, send us the details/ brochure, and we can obtain pre-agreed funding prior to bidding, giving you the confidence and peace of mind.
We can also obtain re-furbishment finance.
